Shucks, Darn, Dad-gum-it!

Here I was just boppin' along and.....I  ran out of thread!

The red is GAST Old Red Paint and that's what I ran out of. I'll have to order the color and hope it's the same. The white is DMC and I'll finish stitching the leaves.

This is what I'll stitch now, yet another WIP. This is a Make-do by Theresa at Shakespeare's Peddler. I'm using silks, which I'm loving, 1 over 2. I'm liking 1 over-no railroading!

I apologize for the dark pic-must've been gloomy out. I have more stitched since I took this pic. The border is stitched all the way up and half way across and there are pink flowers on the ends of the green stems.
See the frame for Kindness? I have it. It could do double duty as a tray also. It'll be real nice when I finish and frame it.

I intended to follow my WIP list just the way I had it listed but it's not working that way!
