The only rule is to have fun, keep an eye for you threads and be always in stitches.
Pick 15 projects that are ALREADY STARTED and FINISH them.
ha, there you are, my challenge to you. Not new ones coz we all know there are far more than 15 to which we would like to start.

Anniversaries of the Heart progress.....

I was able to dedicate this week to Anniversaries of the Heart by Blackbird Designs and got right much accomplished!!!  Blocks 7,8 and 9 are now fini~~!!

I guess I could be counting each block as a finish, but I'm not....The entire piece is one of my 2011 challenge finishes.....That way I will stitch all 15 blocks and finish this year...........

The Winter Garden block is dedicated to our crazy North Carolina winter weather.... So I have gone ahead and stitched "Winter 2011" so in years to come I will remember all this atypical ice and snow..

The last block I have dedicated to my friend Barbara who is valiantly fighting breast cancer..The shades of pinks and greens really spoke to me...And those flowering trees seemed to come to life... Exactly what I think of when I know she is going to fight this dreaded disease and WIN!!

Okay everyone....happy stitching this weekend...........Keep those wonderful progress reports coming!

Always,

Faye

  1. Faye - It seriously is absolutely gorgeous - I wish I had all of the patterns - I have a couple in my challenge list but I like the idea of stitching them all on one piece of fabric - SOOOOO charmingly beautiful - You have outdone yourself !!!!!!!

  3. Faye - Thanks for sharing your great photos of AotH. I've only done a little work on mine the past couple of weeks.

I like your dedication on the winter garden block...fun. More best wishes for your friend fighting the battle right now. I think I posted to your blog a couple months ago on this. I love your blog!

I might have said this here before, but I decided to dedicate all my AotH blocks to women in my life. It has been fun planning this.
