The only rule is to have fun, keep an eye for you threads and be always in stitches.
Pick 15 projects that are ALREADY STARTED and FINISH them.
ha, there you are, my challenge to you. Not new ones coz we all know there are far more than 15 to which we would like to start.

can it count when the chart was in the pile of stash???

if so, I finished another one, and now, I have to admit that I am very glad
to be finished this Growth Rings.
Ink Circles

Now, what the heck am I going to do with it?
Oh don't go and get me wrong on this one,
I love the design
and I don't mind the colours I worked it in
but I really don't fancy it on that
"Lavender Quaker"
(colour of fabric)
What the hell was I thinking
when I let my very dear
Stitching Sisters talk me into it?
REALLY?
Would I follow one of them off a stash pile?
. . .  NOT  BLOODY  LIKELY  . . .

I guess in the long run
there are a few things
I could do with it.

. . . make a pillow . . .
(everyone can touch it with their grubby mitts & smile)
. . .  frame it anyway  . . .
(hang it in our bedroom which is Hunter Green)
. . .  use it as a table runner  . . .
(have  you seen the size of my table)
. . .  make a flag  . . .
(worse case scenario,,, it would fade)
. . . gift it to someone . . .
(someone who likes Lavender Quaker)
. . . stitch it again . . .
(on a different choice of fabric and flosses!)

  1. I know EXACTLY what you are talking about!! I did Long Dog's 'Rosemarkie' on hand-dyed purple aida, with an overdyed purple silk whose name escapes me right now. Trying to find a suitable frame--impossible! We finally sent it off to Jill Rensel and she did an amazing job! The mats are dyed to match the piece even! My
icon is a small rendition of the piece, but you get the picture. Hugs, Maggee
