The only rule is to have fun, keep an eye for you threads and be always in stitches.
Pick 15 projects that are ALREADY STARTED and FINISH them.
ha, there you are, my challenge to you. Not new ones coz we all know there are far more than 15 to which we would like to start.

Stitching at the Speed of Slug

Here we are 2 weeks into the challenge and what do I have to show for it? Two rows of trees! While some of you have already finished one and sometimes 2 projects, I have completed 2 rows of trees and filled in the heart. I realized Tuesday night that the trunks of the trees were supposed to be brown. Mine are dark green and they are staying that way! Now I know why I have so many wip/ufo's. A couple of hours stitching most nights won't break any records, but slow and steady will eventually get me some finishes.

  1. Donna, you're not alone. I look at some of these gal's blogs and are so envious of how much stitching they get done.

One of my friends actually chose "slow stitcher" as her Google name, and it certainly applies to me as well.

    Keep on keepin' on!

  2. Hey Donna - "speed of slug" fits me to a T. I have had one finish, but I didn't have far to go. I had to laugh when I read your post. I can stitch for hours and have very little done! I didn't even notice your trees didn't have brown trunks till you brought it up, so mine would stay green too. Hang in there with me!
