The only rule is to have fun, keep an eye for you threads and be always in stitches.
Pick 15 projects that are ALREADY STARTED and FINISH them.
ha, there you are, my challenge to you. Not new ones coz we all know there are far more than 15 to which we would like to start.

2011 WIP's

This is an imposter.  It is a five year old UFO quilted wall hanging, which must be done this year too.

London Sampler, by Jeanette Douglas.  Started - I hate to say how many years ago.
A little portions of Renoir's "picnic', started about 15 years ago.  yep.
Roots and Wings, for great grandbaby of unknown gender, due next month

Interlocking Wheel by Elizabeth Almond.  A Thread and Eye Stitchalong.

Celtic Knot, by Nancy's Needle.  Not much left to do.

  2. Quite an interesting array of projects.
I can hardly wait to see more of your birth sampler. I think it's going to be beautiful.

Years ago I stitched a Norman Rockwell for someone who has since passed. I don't know what happened to the piece.

  3. Audrey,

You are moving right along with your pieces. I would love to have more information on the Roots & Wings pattern that you are stitching as a birth sampler. From what you pictured, it looks like it will be a beautiful piece.

    Thanks,

  4. 'Roots and Wings' is by Thea Dueck for Victora Sampler. The name is Heirloom Birth Sampler. This leaflet also has a similar desigh called 'Bless this Child'. It's a great piece to work on with many different stitches. A website is indicated on the leaflet - www.islandnet.com/-vsampler/
