Another finish!

Looking through my posts I realize I didn't show this one. It was one of my goals for this year andI finished it November 18th. Here it is, with the initials of my Dutch stitching friends.

A finish!

Well, I didn't end up reaching all my goals, but I have another finish. Cirque des Carreaux by Ink Circles. Wishing you all a happy and prosperous 2013!

How I am doing on my list

Well that wasn't realisic again. Here is my list
1 Chatelaine Designs - Classizism (start and get the Teahouse done)
2 HAED - Foregone *WIP* (add at least two pages)
3 HAED - Call of the Raven *WIP* (add at least two pages)
4 HAED - Vibrant Vista *WIP* (get 50% done)
5 Carriage House Samplings -Village of Hawk Run Hollow *half way* make it a finish
6 SAL Tree of Stitches
7 SAL Maryse
8 Ink Circles - Cirque des Carreaux *WIP* (add at least one page)
9 Canterbury Designs - Plantation Sampler *WIP* (get 25% done, is now 9%)
10 Mary Wigham Sampler *WIP* (get 40% done, is now 32%).

And the results until now? I have been distracted by too many others things.

Yes, I did it! the Village is finished. Here is finished block 2, to give all blocks the honour they deserve.

New year, new challenge!

To start with I all want to wish you a happy and healthy 2012.

Update on my challenge

It was clear to me some months ago, I'm not going to make it this year. So many plans, so many challenges, so many projects I want to do! And a serious lack of time. But... I finished block 4 of The Village of Hawk Run Hollow. Yeah!

Holland Springtime finished!

Finally I finished the beading and with that Holland Springtime is finished. Happy dance! I started this in May 2009.

My goal is to stitch six blocks this year, here is block two:

LHN challenge done!

Last week I stitched the last three LHN ornaments. There aren't any beads added, so they look a bit odd, but when I assembled them to into a quilt I add the beads.

My challenge

It's clear to me I don't reach my goals for the year. But I can show you at least one: I did all the stitching of Chatelaine Holland Springtime. All I have to do is add the beads!

Another small one finished. It's All is Calm from the LHN Ornaments.

Second small finish LHN

This years second finish of LHN Ornaments, Falala. The second picture shows the finishes until now. I am not finishing these as ornaments, I am planning to add them to a quilt. That is also why I don't stitch them on the same fabric.

First finish

Yesterday I finished the first (small) design of the year: LHN Winter Sheep. That means I have another 8 to go from this series.

Almost finished ...

Last couple of days I stitched on 'Peace on Earth', one of the Mmonthly ornaments of LHN of last last. I want to finish all of them this year and I was determined to finish this onetoday, but .... I ran out of floss. So here it ends for today ... It's a bad picture also, couldn't find my camera, so I scanned it, sorry! When I finished it I promise a better picture!
